- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Photography Services are set with a few Package styles and also A la Carte selections.. However, most of my clients will design their own Packages that suit their own needs and find savings in doing so. I always work with my Clients to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always suggest a phone call to establish my clients needs. It's not just the where or when but I like to get to know the clients goal for the image. Is it a new work Portrait or one that will be given to a family member.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken courses at UCSD and WPPI. I continue to update my knowledge and keep up to date in advances in the new digital format.
