What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Since the devil is in the details, I find it rewarding to turn a problem or challenge into an opportunity and be able to deliver a finished product that meets or exceeds my client's expectation, while finding cost savings along the way. I have a business degree and I am currently finishing an I.T. degree, which is why I'm highly computer and technology proficient and regularly use a variety of different tools and technology e.g. graphics software, computer troubleshooting and other programs relevant to the specific job.

    I was looking for a qualified person who was able to set up an office computer network and assist us in automating some of our marketing processes. Our phone system was outdated and we felt as though there had to be a better way to communicate with potential clients and serve our customers.     Jeff was initially hired for his technology and computer networking skills and later he helped us identify and automate a monthly marketing campaign that continues to generate business. He definitely exceeded our expectation.

My fee for service is based on either an hourly rate or by the job, depending on the scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it is important to meet with clients' in order to fully understand the entire scope of the project, relevant timelines and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17+ years working in a variety of fast-paced environments from small sized 30 employee operations to large Fortune 500 corporate environments.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
20+ years with a few different Fortune 500 companies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a number of Realtors' and a variety of other clients that need help with their marketing campaigns, social media programs, automating drip and marketing campaigns in addition to setting up office computer systems.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am currently working with a Realtor Team to develop their logo, branding, identify targeted marketing audience and automated their postcard mailing campaign. I also set up their small office internet, computers and network security. This project is still on-going.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Google the person that you are considering for hire. They should have a Linked in Profile, social presence and positive reviews. Anyone can start a business with a computer, email address and a web page​, however, it's the experience and aptitude that actually gets the job done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's a good idea to have at least a rough concept or vision of the project's goal and a list of open-ended questions that provides an insight to the potential candidate thought process and creative approach. An Example might be: "How would you create an effective marketing campaign?" or "How would you identify a specific targeted audience?"
