- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Realtor's do not have a standard pricing system and all pricing is negotiable. Please contact me directly to further discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If the potential client is local I like to meet them in person so I can really get to know who they are and what their goals are. I feel you can develop a much stronger relationship and trust in person but if that is not an option we communicate via phone, Facetime, text, etc. During these initial conversations I try to get a clear picture for their goals, wants and needs. Communication is crucial so I can work to deliver and exceed my client's expectations. If they are a buyer, we get a search going on the MLS and through other various searches. We begin looking at properties and narrowing down options. We make adjustments as needed. If they are a seller, we discuss a timeline, expectations, marketing, and preparing the home to sell. Every situation is a bit different so we pivot to the needs and goals of each individual client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Megan puts a huge emphasis on education and strongly believes in continually educating herself on new technologies and learning from others experience. To continue her education she received her Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) certification, her Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification, and frequently participates in webinars, live classes, sales seminars, & reads nightly to stay on top of new practices, ideas and to constantly improve herself and business.
