Introduction: Health and welless is not a luxury, it is a necessity, and knowledge should not be confusing but simple. My background is extensive and we will share stories from science to adventure. But, because it is the end of the year I have prepared my schedule to open for 5 new classes daily mon-Friday 4am-9am. We will reconnect you to your true body, the one free of pain, suffering, and longings. To keep it simple, instead of sharing yoga With sanskrit, we will have all our classes in simple American english. I offer $10 off for any class taken via FaceTime webcast. ***3 month contracts being offered for $10 per class with minimum 10 class purchases***

I had a great experience with Earnest. He was really attentive to my needs and with my shoulder injury he was able to assess where I needed more or less movement. He also spoke to me about body language and some other insights he picked up on just through the little time we had spent together. He is very intuitive and has wisdom to see things in people that not everyone has.. An amazing experience!

Coach Gonzo coaches my 7, almost 8 year old weekly. He not only teaches technique and ninja skills, but he is also an awesome and positive role model. Each week Coach Gonzo creates a fun new ninja course, specifically based on the needs and growth of my son. Here's a little something directly from my son- "I love my training with Coach Gonzo. I feel safe and he is really funny. Coach Gonzo is a very good trainer because he does a lot of fun and very hard stuff. He always helps me get the stuff right!"

Small steps to great success, we won't be aggressive in our movements, but increase intensity slowly for continuous transformation.

Beyond life skills, I've been certified as a personal trainer with NASM, I got my yoga certification with a Christian organization affiliates with Yoga alliance to learn to teach yoga without Sanskrit, and I am currently completing my nutrition certification to provide advice for complete wellness....plus life coaching and meditation certificates completes.
