Patrick is absolutely the best fitness trainer out there! He picked up right away that I have the tendency to push myself a bit too far, and workout in an unsustainable way. He built my training program and adjusted the way he coached me so that I would continue to improve without burn out or injury. They say “what you do regularly matters more than what you do every once in a while” and Patrick made it easy to stick with a program. In addition to being a very knowledgeable, effective trainer, he’s just a great person to be around. He has a warm demeanor and a great sense of humor. When we were talking about my goals, I mentioned that I had wanted to lose weight. He said, “Why don’t we frame it in something positive, let’s say you want to move more freely and easily.” I thought it was really nice to be working with a trainer that wasn’t pushing me into a fad diet or yelling for me to do one more set through my tears. (Although, if you are someone who thrives on being pushed, Patrick can absolutely do that as well.) If you want to start working with a personal trainer, but you have hesitations or questions, you really can’t go wrong with Patrick. I’m jealous you get to train with him!

Patrick is the one. If you've found your way to Patrick as a personal trainer I would strongly suggest you look no further. I have been active and fit my whole life. Semi-professional sport when I was younger, always stayed in shape and stayed up with health and fitness knowledge. However, it wasn't until I linked up with Patrick that everything seemed to come together and make sense. He got me into the best shape (inside and out!) of my life at 40. Do yourself a favor and workout with Patrick!!

Great experience. Home yoga with amazing stretching skills . A great addition to someone who already has a workout background who need to add flexibility. He also would he great for some who wanted to start a home workout plan or who just wants to learn relaxing meditation. Highly recommend Patrick.

Patrick is a natural yogi and a true master of form and function. He is the most aware and innately embodied teacher I have ever worked with. Patrick is devoted to his craft, you can tell his style and philosophy is a natural extension of his lifelong practice. It is obvious he was made to do this. He demonstrates movements with such perfect and dynamic form, it is easy to learn from him. He is incredibly intelligent and intuitive and always expanding his knowledge and skillset to share and evolve with his students. As a former college athlete, I have worked with many high level instructors over the years, and Patrick is a rare professional- kind-hearted and sincere. There is just nobody else like him. I was burned out and turned off by the competitive world of sports training, and Patrick has opened me back up to the fun and fulfillment of being embodied. He has motivated me by giving me back to myself. To train with Patrick is an opportunity to be deeply affected and activated on a more vital inner level. Patrick was the first instructor to teach me how to swing kettlebells, and he did so in a manner that was positive, supportive and respectful without ever blowing smoke- a rarity with teachers these days. His sense of humor and inherent good nature is matched only by his commitment to his own health and fitness- he leads by example and it's incredibly difficult to resist following him on his journey. I could not have had a more positive training experience.
