About this pro
Chad was honest with his evaluation of my roof. He is very knowledgeable about the roofing process and most importantly he does what he says. Chad is a pro who will resolve your roofing issues.Sep 16, 2018Verified

First two days were great! He met with my insurance agent, and we agreed on a price and timeline. It was a one-day job that he said would be completed within the next two weeks. We signed a contract, which he said he would email to me the next day, as well as sending a hard copy by mail. I have him the insurance check the next day, and have never heard from him again. Repeated calls to his cell go to voice mail and he never returned my calls. Went to his office and no one was there. Got an alternate number from a neighboring business, and he doesn't answer and there is no voice mail for that one.Sep 5, 2018Verified
Chad was great to deal with. He contacted me the same afternoon and was out to take care of my roof the next morning. Great company yo work with, would recommend them to anyone.Aug 8, 2018Verified
Can’t comment on quality of work as it never got that far. Communication was awful and after looking back on it, I wouldn’t trust what they say either! Wanted me to sign and insurance check over to them before we agreed on final numbers. After I said “no” communication virtually stopped!! Enter at own risk!Jul 12, 2018VerifiedChad P.'s reply
We are very sorry you didn't feel we were being upfront with you. Price was already set by the insurance company. As we mentioned, we could complete the work in the scope for the price they had. Unfortunately, they were only doing a partial roof replacement. We felt we could get the whole roof bought as well as some other items that were left off the adjustment. The insurance process can sometimes be a slow one when we are seeking supplements. We spent many hours of work as well as hundreds of dollars on your claim that we never billed or requested, including re-tarping the damaged roof. There does come a point we like to receive payment to lock in our contract with the customer. We could have given you names of dozens of happy clients from the hundreds who would back up our work as well as our integrity.
