FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services at fair market value rate, pay our employees well, and always are willing to break a project into pieces to provide more economical options to the consumer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to communicate via phone or email, gather more information about the specifics of a service they are inquiring about, then schedule an on-site meeting where measuring can be completed, notes taken, and a formal introduction can be made. After that, I create a quote based on the on-site visit and aim to get that emailed or delivered back to the customer within 24-48 hours, depending on the extensiveness of the project. If the client accepts the quote, we typically ask for half of the quoted price up front to cover the price of labor and materials. If the ground will be penetrated, call before you dig must be contacted with the address and site location, and once the yard is flagged, a crew will begin the project and work in a quick, timely manner, no smoking is permitted by our employees on job sites, nor is foul language or inappropriate dress. After the project is completed to the clients’ satisfaction, a final invoice will be issued and payment collected. Certain services we provide include warranties, and copies of these warranties will be provided to the customer for their records.
