- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard commission I charge for my services is 6% of the purchase price of the home if I am listing the property. This fee is then split between brokerages. As a buyer, you don't pay me a dime. The commission is paid out from the seller.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with my clients and get to know their wants, needs and desires in order to give them the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having lived in Sacramento all my life, I could not imagine living anywhere else than under the California sun. Most of my family and friends reside in Northern California. From Colfax to Davis, I know the neighborhood for you and your family. Experienced in customer service, the only true way to provide world class treatment is to care about the work you do and the people you do it for. You can count on me to be a diligent and excellent communicator. I also have experience working at a law firm, which blossomed my strict attention to detail. If you need someone who will work tirelessly to produce the best results, I am the Realtor for you. In my spare time, I enjoy the great outdoors. You can find me playing rugby on the weekends with friends or pitching a tent in South Lake Tahoe. It is most important to me that I can be the person others can count on. Which means knowing my client and taking the time to cultivate a lasting, quality relationship.
