Introduction: At the age of 9 a chronic illness stole my childhood, my identity, my passion, and my peace of mind. My journey has been a long and sometimes painful process; full of confusion, dead ends, and being taken advantage of. But there was one thing my disease never conquered, and that was my determination to find healing despite all the "facts". It has been 10 years since I learned how to fuel my body on a cellular level, manage stress, and understand how my unique body communicates. I am proud to say I am prescription free, the mother of two healthy children, and free of the disease that once defined me. I enjoy guiding people in the discovery of the healthy body they were designed to revel in. I share my personal story to encourage the lost. I hope to inspire freedom by fighting beside people in their unique journey to health and wellness.

Carmen is a genius! Sheer genius when it comes to health! She literally knows her stuff. I had the honor of being one of her first clients for about a solid month. What she helped me with is knowing what to get at the grocery store! This was super huge for me. Also, she provided powerful feedback. For example, let's say I was craving sweets or hot cheetos or soda. There are other ways to work around those cravings. Like I can get SweetLeaf Sweet Drops English Toffee flavor and mix it with my water or Little Secrets Classic Dark Chocolate Candies, and last but not least WAY BETTER SNACKS!!! This is keeping me alive people! lol! Anyways, go for Carmen! Sounds like a campaign thing but yeah seriously Carmen will not only help improve your health, she will also help you make better choices on what is really good for you!

Carmen guided me with dietary changes for my skin issues. My skin is clearer than it's ever been. I never thought I would ever see my skin this clear! I also had terrible allergies and by cutting gluten and dairy, my allergies are completely gone! I know how gluten and dairy affect me now. It was great having someone to process with and figure out what changes would be good for me. She is easily accessible for other suggestions, even outside of what I eat. She showed me how to dream for my relationships, and my career. I am now in a new field that I love and am excited to wake up to.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 per session. We meet 2 times per month, making the total $150. I offer a discounted price if you decide to pay for the full program up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE 30 minute Health History to begin. If we find that we would make a good team in reaching your health and wellness goals, I offer a 6 month program which includes 2- 50 min sessions per month, as well as receiving many other tools to guide you to experiencing your healthiest and happiest you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as education goes in Health and Wellness, I am a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I plan on continuing my education in this field. I also completed a 3 month Intensive Healing Program which really lit my spark in this kind of work. I also have 10 years of personal experience having been healed through methods outside of the standard western medicine agenda.
