Introduction: I am very good at keeping stress away from any job or home environment. I manly do workout and nutrition plans to help you feel better about your body and life. But any life advice or anything you need how to manage your time better with kids work family and doing what you love is how I get people to minimal stress levels per week. Its important to me that you are happy with what you look like but much more is how you feel about yourself is why i will you change your life in the best way that you want. Making people feel great about there bodys and life and get you to a point were everything comes easy. Because if life is easy then everything else just rolls off of your life like water. Being fit eating healthy and being mentally prepared and happy everyday is what the real goal of life is.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been in sports for 10 years. And doing weights for around 7 years. Keeping a personal excellence for track cross country football and basketball up to college is a full time job and maintaining my health has shown he how to help others as well. I Have also studied nutrition in college for 2 years since taking care of my body and others is important what you eat and drink.
