I believe it was Timothy who came and did our service. Very nice and professional guy. We hired Diversified Home Services for a mowing, trimming and clean up of our front and back yard. We have a pretty big backyard and he did that as well as the front lawn. All that work and the cost was very affordable! He also did an AMAZING job! He was super thorough and the yards look great! We will definitely refer and use again when we need it!

If I could rate this at ZERO stars I would! The first visit went ok.. the owner (Timothy)actually showed up as scheduled and did an ok job, lawn was uneven in the back yard, but for the price (which was fair), I figured I could deal with an uneven lawn. After that visit I called multiple times to get a receipt, but I was ignored continuously, that is when I should have just walked away and not given any second chances, but I did.. I asked for him to come do my lawn and he agreed. Said he would arrive yesterday morning, but never came and wrote me very late that afternoon asking to come the next day, no apologies. Then here we are, the next day he promises to come out, surprise surprise, he’s a no show again and not even a call or text! I waited around all day for nothing! Completely unprofessional and unreliable and rude! ! Not sure how this guy runs any kind of business treating people with such little respect! If you want someone, don’t bother calling him cause he won’t show up anyway after promising he will!
