We hired Mark to do some miscellaneous electrical work at our home. For some years now, the power in our sheds, on our carport, and our lampposts didn't work, and it was time for a change.My first impression of Mark was a good one, as he was very polite, neatly groomed and seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. He quickly got to work taking care of the other issues we needed him to look at and see what he could find out about the other "no electric" problem. At the end of the day, I was so happy to hear that he had fixed the mystery problem of the shed! How great is that? And he was even kind enough to install a new ceiling fan for me that I had previously purchased! What a nice guy! I will defiantly recommend Keystone State Electric LLC to all my friends and family, as it is good quality workmanship at a fair price.

I've known Mark since he was quite young. I've found him to be a trustworth man and a great worker. When we purchased our church building it had vacant for many years . The neglect of the owner had allowed it to fall into great disrepair.We really needed to repair it completely on the inside. Mark was instrumental in completely rewiring the whole building. This was no easy task since we were doing the renovation in the middle of winter in an unheated building. Mark was faithful to show up every day and would work diligently until the job was completed in the spring in time for our first Easter service I cannot express fully what a great worker he is and the quality of his work . Mark added an electrical outlet to a bedroom. While it was a relatively simple project, he came on short notice right before a holiday, squeezing me in to a very busy schedule. He did a great job, was in and out quickly and left the room cleaner than when he got there! He could have charged a premium too given the late notice and the holiday but he did not. I would have him do further work in my house, small or large, with no hesitation. I have and will continue to refer him to my family and friends as well.

I was very happy with the work that electrician, Mark Cameron did at my home. I received a fair quote via email prior to work done. I asked for a weekend appointment since I work during the week. Mark came to my home on time and worked on a broken fixture above my kitchen sink. Due to a very old outlet, a new outlet box was installed. This was noted in my quotation. I also asked for an outdoor outlet in the front of my home. This project was done without incident and I'm very happy to have this fixture right next to my front porch. Although there was drilling through cement to connect the wires, the inside and outside connection look as thought they were always there. Because I was so pleased with the work done, I asked Mark to give me a quote to install a new heater in my bathroom since it was broken. After looking at the heater, Mark called me a few days later and wanted to install a new throttle switch first before ordering a new heather. Much to my surprise that was all that was needed. What a savings! I did not need a new heater which I thought for years would be the case. Mark is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I plan to use him in the future.

Mark was great to work with. He was on time, a very nice guy and did the work exactly as described. He went above and beyond by spotting a minor issue and resolving it for us without charging. Everything was clean when he left as well. Will definitely use mark for any electrical projects in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical projects are very diverse depending on the environment and the type of structure being worked on. Every project is priced according to labor and materials needed. Due to this I do not use a standard pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing myself during our first meeting I have the customer explain their project to me and what their expectations are for the completed project. I explain to the customer the process in terms that they understand and any possible issues that may arise while the work is being performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate in Specialized Technology in Maintenance Electricity and Construction Technology - Triangle Tech, EPA Certified Lead Renovator - Community College of Allegheny County, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Robert Morris University
