Charles responded quickly to my request of having our chimney inspected and cleaned. He was very professional, personable and honest and answered any questions that I had pertaining to the fireplace. Very reasonably priced too. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

We had a great experience. The inspector swept our chimney and gave us an update on the condition of our chimney. He then went on the roof and inspected our chimney and flue pipe to see if there was any leaking. Finally, he gave us some recommendations to maintain the chimney moving forward. Very happy and will reach out in the spring to schedule the work.

Windy Chimney was fantastic- highly recommend. They were very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Charles came out and inspected my vented gas fireplace, got it up and working, made sure everything was in order and no fire hazard issues, AND sealed my chimney. Super happy to have my fireplace working and their pricing was a great value. Again - highly recommend!!

They were upfront with costs for cleaning/inspecting our fireplaces, taught us how to use the gas start, and recommended that a plumber fix the gas pipes to one of the fireplaces. Also friendly and knowledgeable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We always try keeping it as fair and as low as possible. 10% discounts can be applied to certain types of work. Usually general masonry and liners. Please ask in advance if a discount will apply to the work you are seeking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a connection has been established on Thumbtack, we will set a date and time window that works best for the customer. We will call one day in advance to confirm our appointment window the next day and then on the day of the appointment, we will give another heads-up call to let you know roughly when we expect to arrive at your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from working in the industry since 1999, we have been certified by CSIA.
