I had Claudio complete various projects on separate occasions, including hanging 2 new light fixtures, design & install an enclosure around my stove/microwave exhaust, drywall ceiling repair from water damage, repair one broken kitchen cabinet, install doors in basement to cover furnace & hot water heater, paint & install quarter round in living, dining, hallway and bedroom. He did a great job. He even saw my leftover paint and did touch-up paint for me. These were all small projects I had been putting off and now the house looks great. I would hire him again. Very poor experience. Hired Claudio to find a water leak from an upstairs unit and fix it. We ended up spending more than 4k to redo the floors and bathtubs in both bathrooms upstairs. Claudio guaranteed his work saying the leak was fixed with the renovations and if it came back he would come back and fix it under warranty. The leak came back and Claudio didn't honor his warranty. The issue is back and had to get a licensed guy to diagnose the issue. They said the overflow/trap and shower valve were not installed correctly and were leaking down below. thanks for your time and yes i fix 2 baths on your property 50%what you said is truth 1st i did the walls cus is what the problem was the drywall was damage is why leak 2nd you know i didn't touch the shower valves cus you dont want to pay more money and you want to get the last expensive material 3d i never said im not going back to check it i never do that to customer how many times i was there and nobody was there i was there like 3 times in last year to check and nothing then i send you a time to be there and you confirm then nobody is there now you just text me again i told you get the guys together and ill go no answer then you give this review thanks you didn't call me to set up an appointment i was waiting when you send me the text i was assuming you was talking to the tenants cus is hard to get them together im a contractor and for any contractor customer is allays Wright but when customer lie is different thanks
