We had Mike come and install new windows on our entire home and could not be happier with how they turned out.Mar 15, 2018Verified
Everything about our experience with Turn-Key was great! Mike is very nice and honest. He quoted our job and made sure we were happy with not only the window specs but the price to fit into our budget. He took the time to walk us through our options and ensure we would be happy with the finished product. We felt very comfortable throughout the process, never rushed like the the typical "sales experience." Mike is a very genuine person. Our Windows took a bit longer than 4 weeks to build due to different colors from outside to inside. The quality of not only the window but of the Turn-Key team was great! We are already saving up to have a patio door put in, and Turn Key will be the company we will call!Aug 16, 2017VerifiedMichael G.'s reply
Brandon, Thanks for the good words. It was a pleasure working with you. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. The windows look great. I'm glad you like everything. I look forward to working with you on phase 2. Let me know when and I can swing back by. Please let me know if you need anything. Thanks again for your business. Stay in touch. Mike

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most window replacements are custom sized and can vary a great deal in price. The size and the style of window will effect the price. The manufacturer and the material will also have a pretty big effect on the price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) Meet at the home and discuss the project. 2) Share with the homeowner(s) the available product options. (styles, materials, brands, etc.) Pro and cons of different products. 3) Share the differences qualities and the different price points. 4) Come to terms on the pricing and the payment schedule. 5) Take the exact measurements of the windows to be replaced. 6) Fill out a window agreement and authorize the order. 7) We can place the order shortly after and come up with a tentative install date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in the window replacement industry for over 20 years. My first 3 years was with a window manufacturer by the name of Gilkey. I then spent 8 years with a large window manufacturer called Champion. I have also spent time with 2 smaller companies that specialized in the big name brands, Pella, Marvin and Andersen.
