Our pool had not been opened or used in YEARS! It needed a lot of work. Richard and his partner were very knowledgeable and prepared for the job. They were courteous and kept reassuring me the pool would be clean and useable when they were done. They were correct. We are using the pool and can’t imagine how we would have done it without Pool Spa Plaster Masters Inc!

I hired this company to open my pool. I contacted them with problematic issues the next day. The owner stated they would be out to fix, but has not come out or responded for 2 days. I would never use this company again.

my name is Richard I'm the owner of the company sorry but we never talk about any issue you call my partner just because the polaris cleaner wasn't connected to the wall we did a very good job in your pool and the spa was black before we left was withe we repair two leaks and I never charge you for it.
any repair is is extra charge you pay only half price for the opening.
we offer you our services but you said your son will take care of it

I spoke with Ricard Monday evening, he told me he'd be out today Wednesday 6/14. I sent him a text message this morning to remind him & he told he's supposed to come Saturday. When I called him he started making all kinds of excuses and I just hung up. Luckily I called someplace else at 9:44 and they were at my house at 3:00.
I would not recommend Pool Spa Plaster Masters Inc to anyone.
