I have done Yoga all around the world and I can truly say that Erica is one of the best yoga teachers around! She brings the perfect balance of enthusiasm, wisdom, and peace to her classes. I am at a beginning to intermediate skill level and every time I have had the opportunity to work with her she has been AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her for privates and her yoga hikes are super inspiring.
