What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by project. $2 a page and $50 an hour are baselines in my pricing. Every project is unique and steady clients always have off-schedule arrangements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do my best to ask the right questions and figure out exactly what a client wants/needs. Everyone is so much happier (me, you and the world) when we communicate clearly and deliver to the best of our abilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in English Literature, and I've spent a decade as a journalist, editor and magazine director.
