I looked at a bunch of pest control companies and I decided on Falkin because it was affordable. Their service call was prompt. Kevin did a thorough and wonderful job of spraying pesticide inside and outside of the house. He was professional and friendly. And he explained the process well to me. Sanjay, Thumbtack recently changed the way quotes are sent. They don't allow us to send quotes explaining the details anymore so you only see the discounted price for initial service. This should also have been explained to you over the phone so we failed to do this. Again, we do apologize
The first visit they did a great job. The second visit they charged my card that I used on my first visit, without my approval or me signing anything saying it was ok for them to keep that card on file. They were also not upfront with the cost. They only did the outside because I was not home and charged me for a full treatment. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a middle of the road price for an above average service. Our annual pest plan covers over 100 different pests. It does NOT cover wildlife, termites, or bedbugs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make it simple. Set up an appointment with a quick phone call, then everything else is done through email and text. All paperless. Our tech will have a tablet or phone to complete and detail your appointment. You also have a customer portal to see a history of services and make secure CC payments. We can also notify you prior to service, do 30 minute call ahead, etc. Our pro will show up and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?17 years actively engaging in structural pest control practice. We hold the highest level of license through the Texas Department of Agriculture. Termite control, general pest control, rodent control and mosquito control is what we are best at.
