Two service men came, said there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner, charged me $60, and left. A few hours later it was not cooling. After telling me someone would come back, I waited all day and they never came or called. I called a competitor and a guy came who diagnosed it and fixed it in less than an hour. Did a good job installing our ductless mini split. Arrived when they said they would which is rare for contractors so THANK YOU. Had to call back shortly after completion due to the condensation leaking, but it was promptly fixed. Unit then was left a bit crooked but we're working on scheduling them to come tweak it back.
