Dean is heaven-sent. He knows a lot about a lot. So far he has done plumbing, painting, and even checking out the house for foundation problems. And he cared enough to bring his own grass starter to treat my newly laid grass, when he saw that it was not looking good (that was not his job). He is very professional and friendly. I know I can ask him anything about the house and I will get the right answer. He's a keeper. I'm so glad I found him through Thumbtack.

Dean is everything you want for a great job. He actually went to home depot twice during the replacement of a sink, range, and oven. Everything including turning the water off at the street, making sure the job was done safe and leaving the kitchen clean and operational after the install and removal of the old appliances. I highly recommend him + he's a smart and courteous veteran!
