I am more than happy with the work done on my home. Her attention to detail and diligence was appreciated. She was the consummate professional arriving with all of the supplies and on time. My building even shut off the water for another unit during the appointment and she devised a plan on how we’re going to continue with the house cleaning. I’m a busy mom of two that frequently travels. I’m excited to have found a house cleaner who will help alleviate one of be biggest concerns. I was so happy that I immediately scheduled recurring appointments. You will not be disappointed!

This was the worst house cleaner i've ever experienced. She did not empty any trash cans. She did not clean the bathroom floor. My attention was occupied with my 2 year old grandson. She only cleaned where we were and dimmed the lights in the other room. I was extremely disappointed.

Tynia and Chris are AMAZING! My home is cleaner than it has ever been in the nearly three years we’ve lived here - they truly live up to the “OCD” in their name. Walking through my home and seeing my stark white shower tiles, sparkling appliances, shining hardwood floors, and artful vacuum patterns in my carpets, I can tell Tynia and Chris take pride in their work- it literally shows through in every corner of my home. And it was a big job - we’re a three story, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom household with three dogs that shed. Yikes! Thank goodness for OCD. Looks aside, my home smells *incredible* - in the past, with other cleaners, I’ve come home to a clean house but endured the nagging smell of bleach or other harsh chemicals for days; not this time! My home smells floral and fresh in a know-it’s-clean, not overpowering, way. Service aside, Tynia’s pricing is very competitive and she offers a great value compared to other cleaners I’ve worked with and vetted. She was among the first to respond to my posting on Thumbtack, and remained highly responsive throughout the entire process. She arrived right on time, walked through my home with me to ensure she was meeting my needs, and she even texted progress updates while working through my home, and pictures of the final finished product before locking up and leaving for the day. On top of all this, she’s *very* friendly and a gem to work with. We will definitely be calling OCD back next time we’re in need!

Tynia did a wonderful job cleaning my house. She’s very detailed to the little things that make your house look spotless. My shower doors never looked so good, she even got rid of the soap scum! Very impressed with the thoroughness of her work!
