The Knowles cleaned our house every 2 weeks for a couple years. They handled scheduling conflicts well and it was never a problem. They were thorough and very friendly. The only reason we stopped using them was because they moved to a different state. Their conscientiousness and integrity is what sets them apart from other services. Whenever their daughter did not have school and they could not secure care for her, the Knowles always asked beforehand if they could bring her. The Knowles damaged one of our toilet seats with a pumice stone, but they had already replaced it when she admitted the incident to me. Things happen sometimes, but you want to know that the person you're letting into your home has the highest ethical standards like the Knowles. I highly recommend Knowles Cleaning Company to anyone looking for cleaning services.

My house has never been this clean! Knowles Cleaning is thorough and responsible - if it takes a little longer than they'd anticipated, they don't ask for more money, they just do it without complaint. And their fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
