- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing formula is very simple: Cost of flowers & hard goods Percentage of labor based on total amount of flowers/hard good price Cost of delivery Tax I send a quote with a breakdown of what goes into each bouquet/boutonnière and floral piece.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage a face to face meeting where we can see if this business deal is compatible for the both of us. I do Face Time or Skype if brides are out of state. I spend a vast amount of time with emails & text messages to ensure that I see what you’re envisioning for designs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had over 40 years of customer service and acquired a master's certification in floral design from renowned Bill Hixson.
