Home Inspections Include:
-Full visual inspection of all accessible areas in the home.
-Full Infrared Scan of the home looking for moisture problems. My infrared camera is one of the top models that can clearly see problems that the other cheaper cameras will not detect.
-Attic Inspection (No Extra Cost)

-Visual HVAC and duct inspection (Included)
-Mold Inspection (Included) Samples are extra but reasonable.
-Visual Wood Destroying Organism (termite) No extra cost
-All plumbing fixtures including under the house and the water heater.
-All lighting fixtures and every outlet is tested for faults. I check every outlet and do not do the ratio as other inspectors may.
-Electrical Panel inspection
-Full Exterior Inspection to include but not limited to drainage systems, gutters, driveway, siding, wall covering, eaves, grading, foliage and trees (visual only), fencing and other components that may be present.
-Full Interior inspection. This includes visual inspecting all areas using an LED flashlight and other inspection equipment including the Infrared camera
-Foundation Inspection
-Deck Inspection
-Insulation inspection
-Onsite roof inspection if the structure's roof is safely accessible. Single Story roof and Two story roof generally. Higher than that a drone will be required.
-Windows and Doors will be inspected
-Dryer Vent
-Damaged or missing components throughout the structure
The home inspection sis documented with full color photos and write documentation. The report is emailed to the client in a timely manner. Depending on the extent of damages in the home the report may take 1-2 days to complete. If the extent of the damages found is minimal the report can be supplied same day.

On the environmental or mold side we can help you locate and identify potential mold and toxins in your home. This can be anything from mold, mycotoxins, bacteria, formaldehyde, VOC's and other environmental toxins.
The mold inspection is very similar to the full service home inspection, but I will be looking for contaminants. All areas within the home can be inspected and tested.
