- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a day/time for a walk-thru and discuss exact needs. During the initial walk-thru we will discuss prices and frequency of services required. We will then setup a day/time (normally within 48 hours) to review/sign contract. At that time we will set a day/time for services to begin. (If customer prefers a contract can be emailed within 24 hours to be reviewed/signed and sent back)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I believe everyone has come cleaning skills, I was trained and worked for 2 years with one of the top rated cleaning services in Emerald Isle, NC. During my time with that company we cleaned everything from new construction homes (avg. 3 bd, 2ba) to the large 3 story beach front vacation homes (avg. 6-9 bd, 4-8 ba). I cleaned windows to floors and everything in between.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started cleaning homes because I was simply looking for a job and the cleaning service that hired me saw potential in my abilities and therefor trained me to be a professional cleaner.
