House cleaning -reoccurring bi weekly. At first contact I'm impressed and very happy with the phone call and detailed questions for me and my needs. They took the time to listen to what I wanted. That same care was taken for quality and care in my home. They are passionate about really making customers happy with their work. The woman that came was great, she is the owner of the company and took the time to detail the future projects that are needed because my previous cleaner did a terrible job. I feel in good hands now and happy with the initial service and looking to maintain a long term service with the company, which I intend to do. They are professional and very quality oriented not just speed to get things done and do a rush job, which I think is good when your getting to know the layout of what is needed. The owner pointed out what will be done next time and we'll for be getting a deep clean in the near future as well. Over all so far I'm happy with the first cleaning.

We hired American Maid to clean our new home from top to bottom. To say that they are exceptional would be an understatement. The level of professionalism and care that went into cleaning our home can't be matched. We started out as complete strangers but I can now honestly say that I consider Tracy and Michael friends. Not only is our house immaculate but, knowing that it was our first home, they went above and beyond to address issues we didn't even know existed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. There is no better company you could hire for all your home cleaning needs. I've never taken the time to leave a review for anyone but for American Maid it was my pleasure to do so. You can not possibly go wrong with this company and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Tracy arrived on time. I hired her for a general cleaning. She was thorough and did what she promised. Tracy is very professional and helpful. Will definitely use American Maid again.

What a great experience. First of all, Tracy and her crew were extremely nice, helpful, and professional. I called with a long shot request for a last minute gift for my dad to help him with some much needed deep cleaning. Tracy somehow made time in her schedule to make it all happen and we kept it all a surprise. It was fun and really lifted my dad's spirits. They did an excellent job! Thanks so much.
