Avista has been taking care of our yard for the past 12 years. Chris has been outstanding in designing all of our landscaping including our patio and front walk. The work is always done as promised and looks great!

I used Avista Design Group for a complete landscape design including a paver patio. Chris is very responsive and gets back to you right away on any questions. She really listens to what you would like to achieve and more than delivers. I have continued to use them to add additional elements to my landscape and for Spring and Fall clean up and mulching for the past nine years.

Christine did a good job getting the bid and having a crew come out to do the work. The work was completed on June 27, 2017 and her payment for the bill was mailed next day!
On July 1, 2017 I noticed that about 1/2 of my landscape lighting was out. I notified her via email about the problem that night. I did not receive a response from her until July 6, 2017 when she admitted to me on the phone that the workers could have driven a spike through the wiring of my lights. She told me that she would have a crew out to fix the problem.
As of today July 19 NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP TO FIX THE PROBLEM!
My wife sent an email on July 11 and she followed up with that they were to busy and not sure when she could have a guy come out and fix the problem. I sent an email to her on July 12 and still have never heard anything back. I have spoken to the crew that she hired to do the work (Bolanos Landscaping Algonquin) and they said they would send someone out to fix the problem and no one has show up yet. This has been going on for 19 days now and it seems like she got her money and wont fix the problem.
When we wanted to do a new patio before my wife's chemotherapy treatment she had the time and a crew available in a 48 hour time frame to do the work.
I will be honest I am not very happy with what is going on. I just hope she will live up to her word and have someone come fix the problem soon.
After several phone calls to Bolanos Landscaping the problem has been fixed for the most part. They promised to come back out and re-level the bricks that had to take out to fix the problem. Hopefully they will be back this week.
My wife and I have not received a response from Christine at Avista until today 7-26-17. She did not even ask how the work went or apologize for not following up. She requested that I change my review of her company now that the problem was fixed.
I will not do that. I think she has poor customer service.
I look forward to doing more work with Bolanos Landscaping Great people and customer service.
