FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on being very fair and honest. I would encourage them to get other quotes. Also, I have a generous referral fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is through the phone or text. We will discuss their issue(s). Sometimes, I am able to say, hey did you try this? and problem is solved. Other times we set up an appointment time. I walk through the issue in person with client. I will then do an assessment to determine best and safest course of action. I present all options to customer. If they are happy with the quote, I do the work, often then and there but sometimes because of time or size of job, we book a start date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and did my apprentiship through the local IBEW but am non-union. I am insured and have been doing electrical for more than 15 years. I worked several years for a major Electrical Service company, I have worked in this field many years. I have strong residential background, everything from blueprint reading, new construction, and remodel. I have done everything from switches to panels. Pull chain lights to cans. New home construction to total tear downs.
