Pricing varies, depending on the project and the client's situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step is to learn what my customer needs. I customize each written piece and each presentation to be sure my clients get exactly what works for them and their situations. Once I have that basic information, I will create a draft that the customer can then review. I will make changes, continuing to maintain communication with the client, until the piece is where it needs to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in English, with a concentration in Professional & Technical Writing. Most importantly, I have extensive experience in the business world, as a writer and a trainer.
