- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have affordable pricing, less then the Larger Companies. At the customer's request, we also provide packing materials and furniture padding at an affordable price as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to ask specific questions and assess the items that are to be moved such as how many fragile items, boxes,and over sized or Large Items in order to determine the needs of each customer to perform their move properly and with the right number of employees and equipment..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Worked 10+ years with United and 5 years of freight forwarding experience for international shipping. All of my training in these areas along with my experience makes me a better worker and employer.
