- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a free one hour consultation. During this time, I talk with clients to find out what is working well with their space and what organizational challenges they have. It gives us a chance to get to know one another and gives me a chance to understand the scope of the project and what the client needs. Give me a call, I look forward to working with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we have agreed upon a plan to organize the space, I work side-by-side with clients to sort through their items and declutter, if necessary. Then, I research various storage options, including costs and where to purchase these items. I also give them a visual layout of the design. Finally, I help my clients organize their items into the new design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed the coursework and received certification as a Professional Organizer through NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals).
