Rachel is amazing! I use QuickBooks Online and had hit several stumbling blocks. Rachel patiently worked with me to understand my situation and figure out how to solve the problems. I know that I will reach out to Rachel again when I need help with accounting issues.Apr 30, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Except in the case of business consulting and taxpayer representation, I charge by the project instead of by the hour because I feel it allows greater trust and flexibility on both sides. And any clients in financial need can always feel free to contact me to make alternate financial arrangements. It's far more important to me to keep clear lines of communication open with my clients than to keep strict policies of payment requirements. I believe mutual trust is essential.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The most important part of my process is to make sure I understand your own values and priorities. It is not my job to judge your choices; it's my job to help you attain your personal or business goals through realistic planning and execution, and give you the best advice possible based on my knowledge and expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an Enrolled Agent, which is a person qualified to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (think of it as a tax preparer on steroids, but less angry). I am a QuickBooks Online certified ProAdvisor, currently undergoing training to become an QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor.
