What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 49-99 for the initial treatment, and then 40$ a month for each additional month of coverage. Also our company uses a 12 month service agreement which gives you a 100% money back guarantee and warranty for free services if they are needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Call or reach out to the customer 2. Find out the best pest control plan for their home.(every house is different) 3. Give pricing and detailed information on service. 4. Schedule a time and date to service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed to resolve a wide range of pest problems common to the area. We also have several technicians licensed for termites.
