I was able to get a response and estimate same day. Very kind and easy to communicate with. Did not attempt to solicit unnecessary service. He understood the assignment. Quick thorough and expressed recommendations clearly. If I need pest control I would definitely be contacting John again. I was educated on signs to look for as well as different insects and their habits. I am new to AZ. So adjusting to nocturnal /venomous insects

I had a unique situation where I opened up the slab in my house for a bathroom remodel and then failed to treat the ground underneath. Although I have a termidor perimeter treatment around the house, due to the intense termite activity around my property I was concerned about the opening I’d created. John offered a great solution to inject dry Fipronil based termite powder into the wall voids around the bathroom using electrical and plumbing outlets for access that no one else I talked to suggested and I’m feeling a lot better about protecting my house. Thanks John!

He diagnosed the issues on my property very quickly, walked me through how to understand the bed bug and pest problem overall, and customized a solution that would keep me from spending unnecessary money but still completely resolved all of my problems. There haven’t been any issues at all since John’s service and if I had another problem I would definitely hire Thermanix again.

Johnny was punctual, kind, curious, responded to every question I had, and satisfied the need to know if I had bedbugs in my house. The trip charge was nominal compared to the degree of relief I felt learning there were no bugs! I’d recommend his service to everyone👍🏻
