Joe is very thorough and conscientious. His work is excellent and he takes pride in what he does. His pricing was fair and accurate. There wasn't much unused materials when he was done. I would highly recommend Joe. He communicated well, which is important. Returned phone calls and text. He knows his stuff that's for sure.

KLP installed a half wall between our living room and kitchen. AWESOME job! Such a pleasure to work with.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. We meet and assess the customers needs and desires. 2. Build a clear communication plan to address any and all project details. 3. Build a timely but accurate estimate/bid, providing all business documentation necessary. (i.e. licences, insurance, references...) 4. Discuss estimate/bid details and modify if necessary. If a contract is signed then and start date is agreed upon then work will start on that date. Any and all modifications to estimate/bid and or contract will be discussed and agreed upon prior to modified work being done.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have enjoyed working with home owners, income property owners, property management firms, and general contractors all over Maine.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do short phone interviews: Once you've assembled a list, its recommended that you make a call to each of your prospects and ask them the following questions: • Do they take on projects of your size?? • Are they willing to provide financial references, from suppliers or banks? Can they give you a list of previous clients? How many other projects would they have going at the same time? How long have they worked with their subcontractors? The answers to these questions will reveal the company's availability, reliability, how much attention they'll be able to give your project and how smoothly the work will go.
