Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Ms. Beth. We appreciate it very much. Thank you for your business and keep us in mind for that new fridge when it comes in. Take care!
Michael did a great job installing our new dishwasher and removing the old one. HIs wife Cynthia did all the paperwork and even filled out the warranty card for us. Thanks again!Dec 20, 2016Verified

Q & A
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers can contact Cynthia by email or phone to discuss installation needs, costs, and schedule a date and time for your installation visit. We then follow up with a confirmation call of your scheduled visit and complete your installation on said date and time. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 1 year of experience and on the job training with one of the leading locally owned businesses in Greater Orlando. I've taken training courses in electrical appliance installation as well as gas training courses as well. I have learned how to install everything from small appliances to major appliances such as microwave and convection ovens to range hoods as well as dishwashers, counter-top ranges and refrigerators. I can come and install your over-the-range microwave or do a Full Kitchen Installation and install all of your major kitchen appliances in one visit. I also have experience with light fixtures, ceiling fans, and more. My on the job experience has helped me acquire all of this experience with electrical installations and I find myself still learning new skills all the time. This is one of the things I love about the work that I do, every unique situation calls for a unique approach and I help by coming up with new, creative solutions for my customers that are always practical and affordable to keep costs friendly and customers happy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was always in some type of construction work. I did everything from sales events, building event tents from grading the ground to building the tents. Including landscaping and so much more. I had been working the land for so many years that I decided I wanted a change of scenery and I took a job as an entry level appliance installation technician and quickly grew in the company gaining much knowledge and experience. I thoroughly enjoy this line of work everyday since the first day on the job. The skills I've acquired there have changed my life so much and I appreciate all the people that have added to my education in electrical appliance installation. Now, I go out there everyday and help people like you get their appliances installed and help make their lives a little easier with the services I provide and that is honest and rewarding work for me.
