- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For editing I charge per project, and it depends on type of editing For resumes I set the price according to level of resume, the deadline, and what kind of resume requested For other writing services I generally charge per article, but am open to charging per word for extremely long or short pieces if the customer prefers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally Iike to meet in person for a short interview to take notes and get a good idea of exactly what they are looking for. With a remote job I would prefer a phone or Skype discussion. For resume writing I have a short questionnaire to ensure I get the right info, and for other writing I like to sit down and get a real feel for the person so that I ensure I'm helping without taking away their personal touch
