FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing as each event is unique in its size, style, and time. Our rates do begin at $300 and vary depending on the details of your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Two-Four weeks prior to the event, we meet with you in person or via skype to capture the vision and expectations for your special day. Things that are reviewed at this time include: timeline, vendor list, special arrangements or performances, event details and such. After this meeting WE are now your point of contact for anyone with questions, so sit back and relax! Any changes will be made directly with your coordinator. One week prior all vendor details will be re-confirmed and contacted for any additional questions concerning event and/or location. Day of event we also assist in items that need to be picked up, special tables, and decorating. What does this mean for you? You will arrive to a perfectly set up event. Your coordinator will have already arrived in advance to make sure it is set up properly. We are also the liaison with the venue, food, manager, decorators, MC, DJ, photographers and parents. It is our goal to tailor your affair to your heart's desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having spent the last 15 years working in fine dining and event coordinating, I have gained a plethora of knowledge and versatility that I can bring to your company. These range from small personalized wine dinners, coordinating private high end events in client’s homes, large company parties and weddings. I understand the importance that communication and active listening has in establishing lasting client relationships. My fine arts background from the University of Central Florida has also been fundamental in my approach to decor, color, and overall aesthetics of an event. It also makes me creative when planning events and I even have been known to make many of the items used at events in place of purchasing them, for a more personal touch.
