- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When remodeling your kitchen or bath, there is always a discount applied to your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet, Have our initial consultation. A lot of times new ideas are sparked in the first meeting, But primarily I Listen, and take notes concerning everything we had spoke about. Go back to my office, and work up a design. I will be back in touch with the client within a couple days of our initial meet. We then, have a good basis as to what direction we want to go together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my degree in Interior Design in 1997. Since then I have worked for Sweet Water Interiors, Expressions by Décor, Sherwin Williams , Modern Kitchen as a Designer and stayed independent throughout it all. I was also Raised by my Grandfather with whom was a painter, and carpenter. I was his right hand girl, and I learned a lot from him. Mostly to care for others, and their needs.
