Child Safe really takes the time to talk with customers about what their needs and concerns are to make sure the type of services we offer are right for them
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers are all unique and no family is the same! We've worked with families who have just had a new baby, who are still expecting, or who already have older children. Sometimes families were childproofed, but are moving to a new home. Sometimes a new family member is moving in with them, which changes what the needs are. We truly work with each family to provide a customized childproofing experience for their home!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Childproofing is so much more than just hiring a contractor! There are so many products out there today. Child Safe is an active member of the International Association for Child Safety (IAFCS) and through this organization we are able to stay current on best practices, industry standards (which is not the same as building code), and stay up to date on the best products available to truly be specialists in the world of childproofing!
