- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to ensure fairness and constancy among our customers, our pricing is based on square footage (decks & patios) and linear feet (for siding, fence, railings). We do have "price adjustments," where it applies, to multistory bulidings and the challenges associated with working on balconies. We are proud of our commitment to transparency and are happy to answer any pricing specific questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we like to put eyes on the project in order to guarantee a precise estimate. To incentivize, our estimates our free! We pride ourselves in only charging what we present at the estimate, with very, very, very few exceptions (such as the customer adds onto the job). Afterwards, we work out a date that is convenient for you (generally, our cleaning & restore process is multi-day). Finally, we ensure your complete satisfaction before "closing" the job! Our goal is to build a lifetime relationship. We will work to not only restore your outdoor space,l help you maintain your investment in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do much more than power wash. Our Service Agents are experts in, not only the cleaning side of the process, but the restoration as well. Many of our seals have unique traits and characteristics. As such, it often takes a little finesse to get the right/lasting seal. Every member of our team goes through a training/probationary period, meaning there is always a seasoned expert on site. Throughout the year members of our group attend meetings and seminars, throughout the country, to ensure we are up to date with the most efficient processes and familiar with the "best" materials on the market.
