- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People like to buy real estate, they don't like to be sold. We commit 100% of our attention to clients-assuring they benefit from the transaction. All our services to Buyers are Free - Negotiable Fees for Sellers. First we either phone meet or meet in person and listen to the home buyer/seller. We provide information and options that are relevant and valuable. BUYERS- Once their preferences are established we set up a Free HomeSearch. Homes are viewed online via emailed search results We then open the homes for the buyers so they can see them first hand. Next, A Comparative Market Analysis to estimate the home's current value A Contract Offer is prepared and delivered to the seller agent. Once accepted, we provide all legal documents and guide buyer to closing All client information is confidential, never sold or shared. Clients appreciate the solid professional care we provide- no Sales Calls. SELLERS- We meet with the seller at the home and put a marketing plan together Our Marketing+Syndication shows the Home to more buyers and agents. We present all offers to the sellers and consult with them. Goal #1 is to secure the Highest and Best price. We provide all legal documents and guide the sellers to closing. Bottom line, prospective clients never are pressed, pushed or pressured. All our work is aimed at helping clients succeed. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After years of rehabbing homes and selling them, buying and selling real estate, I decided to put my winning talents to work for others, help them enjoy the value of investing in real estate. Our client's interests come first, even before our own. As A Licensed Real Estate Broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission, I have extensive year after year training to keep me current with a all real estate rules and laws plus ethical training as part of my mandatory continuing education.
