Jason has a strong background in recruiting and helping people understand how to take their current experience and turn it into something that is relevant to the job you're applying for. He's also perceptive when it comes to looking at a job description and helping you know what the company is really looking for so you can address that in your resume. Jason knows what hiring managers respond well to. He's also terrific at public speaking--when presenting to potential clients he's calm, confident and knowledgeable.
