- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system based on three main levels. 1. Standard hourly rate for remote service. 2. An Ala-carte service plan for monthly service subscriptions. 3. Monthly Service Plans based on Workstations, Server and Security in your Home or Business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are several ways to engage in service and repair. We have remote services where most issues can be solved by a desktop share session. Don't worry you're always in control. Our controls are based on industry leading technology to assess, log and repair your IT systems. We are a managed services based company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have multiple certifications in our field of service. Our Senior Engineer who oversees the managed services has over 20+ years in IT, including Hardware, Networking, Security and Software.
