Introduction: I was drafted by the Twins as a pitcher and was a catcher in College. I have trained at Driveline and the Baseball Ranch, two of the top training facilities in the country.
For your initial evaluation you will receive a film analysis to help your player see what mechanical faults they have so we know how to fix them and continue to use to track their progress.

- An Austin American- Statesman 2nd Team All Cen Tex catcher out of Austin High in 2009.
- Played college baseball as Millsaps College (D-3), North Central Texas College (JuCo) and Northwestern State (D-1) as a catcher and pitcher.
- Studied Biology with a Biomedical concentration
- Specialize in Advanced Pitching Mechanics, Hitting, Catching, and Fielding
I take great pride in my own training and whenever I train someone else. I love the challenge of working with different players and to motivate them to get better every day. I am not only a coach, but also a mentor. I feel it is important for all young kids to have someone besides their parents to look up to.

Carson has been great with my son! My son is 7 years old and was struggling with his hitting after being told so many different things by different coaches. Carson was able to break his swing down to the basics and set him up with a routine to check himself every time. He has been hitting great and when he makes mistakes he is able to recognize and correct himself. I feel like Carson is helping him set up good habits at a young age. He has developed and grown as a player so much this season. TexElite definitely helped a struggling young player develop skills and a passion for the game.

My 10 year old boys really enjoyed their lessons with Carson and showed much improvement! Carson is able to have a really fun workout, but also keep it productive. He has a good balance between discipline and keeping them motivated due to his teaching techniques.
