FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a detailed bid sheet that takes many factors into consideration including prep time, square feet as well as linear feet just to name a few
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally our customers will contact our call center where they will be asked about their project. From there they will be asked if they want to schedule an estimate that will be given to them immediately. I will follow up with a brief phone call confirming our upcoming appointment and talk about any concerns you may have specific to the project. I will also call when I am on my way to the customers home or office. It is critical that the customer set aside enough time to discuss in detail their expectations of their upcoming project. From that point I am often able to give the customer an on site quote. Next is the scheduling of their project with a definitive timeline. In many cases we can complete a project in a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My painters have a combined average experience of 12 years. I am a previous fast food franchise owner so I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. When hiring I not only take into consideration a persons painting abilities but their customer service skills. Being able to interact with our customers is key.
