Price Properties provided all of my lawn care service while they were in the Des Moines area and they were fantastic. I never had any issues with anyone in there company and was sorry to see Price Properties leave. They provided me with lawncare, snow removal, fertilization, aeration, and if I needed something removed they helped me with that as well.

Husband had shoulder surgery and we needed fast and ongoing mow/trim and general lawn care for summer. We have a super beautiful, but difficult lot. An acre of steep inclines and declines leading to a large creek at back of property. They came out right away to give us an estimate. They spent lots of time talking specifics and possible modifications to keep this unexpected expense within our grasp. It was more than fair pricing. They have commercial grade equipment and have done a terrific job for us. They even told us we could skip a week and wait 10-14 days instead of the usual 7 when they came to mow but felt it really didn't need it yet. They did some spot trimming to clean things up instead of doing whole mowing job and didn't even charge us for that day! I'd highly recommend them for any lawn services you need. Everything from general stuff to complete lawn care, like application of fertilizing, grub treatment, tree trimming etc. They are even going to give us an estimate on removing an 80 ft. tree uprooted in a wind storm at back of our property. We felt it would cost too much too remove due to our hill and getting it to the front of the property for haul way. We don't have a firm estimate yet, but from our conversations I think what we thought would be impossible will become possible! These guys are great!!

Highly recommend! Service was within hours of request and it was a holiday weekend. Yard looked great. Better than previous mowers!
