Excellent service. Always answers the phone and always get me excellent tenants. Software is amazing! I can log in and see exactly when my tenant has paid rent so I always know when to expect my money. Eli is honest and works hard to make sure my Property stays in great condition and always has a good tenant living in it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our property management services can vary according to our clients' needs since we offer full management and a la carte service plus our prices vary accordingly. Our operating software is fully automated and the owner and tenants have 24x7 Web based Portal Access. Based on one unit we are running a special – 8% Management fees, & 7% for Military or Police Officers and as of right now, no charge setup fees!! For multiple units we can do an even better deal. Remember you don't want to choose
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a new customer, we determine to come and see the property with the owner and then give a proper proposal according to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in the business, also am an owner of residential and commercial properties, so we know the bells and whistles. We care to keep the best name in the industry and we know what an owner wants and doesn't for their properties, so we maximize their asset's potential.
