Thank you Gina soooo much for all your help! first company i called, i gave them a deposit over the phone, said they would be out the evening before to set up my sons grad party, even came, no truck, morning came, no truck! i called them several times and no answer! at this point im freaking out crying that this whole party is going to be ruined, got on facebook ready to give this guy a horrible reveiw and came across BK Party Rentals. Called them up and Gina answered the phone, i swear she sounded like a 911 operator trying to calm me down! Gina was able to get her guys out to my house in a half hour with a tent, tables, and chairs!!! i even got a better deal with BK than i did with the guy that didn't show up! I cannot thank you guys enough! after the set up was completed, Brandy, the owner of BK Party Rentals showed up and personally helped me set up the table cloths and decorations. I am so amazed on how awesome this company is! they even offered my son a job next summer! i am truly blessed i came across this company!! Thank you to everyone at BK that made my sons day so special!!
